Camille is a talented therapist as well as an excellent person. She provided a safe and productive space for my partner and I to process what was happening within ourselves and how that played out in the relationship. I believe as a result of couples therapy, my boundaries are clearer. I am more aware of the cost/benefits of the relationship with my partner and in other relationships and deciding what the line was about places no longer serving me. She also brought up the idea of co-dependency which is something I am still thinking about. Overall, I have come to see how at a certain point in a relationship one may be contorting oneself into a shape that is painful and no longer allowing for growth.

I would describe Camille as: empathetic, compassionate, tactful, understanding, intuitive, professional, in integrity.

Therapy with Camille has shifted my relationships overall by helping me realize that boundaries are okay and even necessary to have a healthy relationship with yourself and others. Being raised by immigrant parents and growing up with certain cultural/ familial expectations, that’s more of a difficult concept to grasp. I am better at having difficult conversations and speaking up for myself. As a result I am closer to the people that I love and don’t hold onto resentment because my thoughts/ feelings are addressed as situations arise rather than before where I would just harbor hurt feelings. I am an advocate for myself. I am generally more expressive and I am more open to letting people in.

I would describe Camille as empathetic, warm, trustworthy and an advocate. My journey with Camille has been incredible. It’s been exactly what I needed to empower myself in my new move and with my new job. I couldn’t ask for a better therapist. She always checks in, challenges you to do things differently or better and champions you to always be mindful of self care.

Camille is warm and insightful. She is engaging and really has helped me put a lot of my life’s journey into perspective. She has given me tools to navigate moments and challenges in my life that I would have otherwise shied away from. My therapeutic journey so far has enriched my relationship with myself because it has allowed me to become more authentically myself. It has also brought me out of some moments of shame and darkness. I for sure find myself doing ‘relationships better’ in that I am being more transparent about my feelings and working on becoming more aware of how I back away from moments of uneasiness.

Camille is wonderful, welcoming and thoughtful. Our journey with Camille has been so rewarding because she has created such a safe place for us to share with each other and deepen our connection.
